We were blown away

During our looking around at all the options for outdoor cooking we stumbled across Paris and Amore Woodfired Ovens. It was his passion for the oven that sold us. Paris visited our home and helped us design the perfect oven for our needs and the site. But the highlight was the cooking experience where Paris showed us why he is so passionate about Woodfired cooking. We were blown away with the variety of foods you can cook, but our favourite is still the pizzas …you won’t be buying one from the local takeaway again!

The way it cooks is terrific

Paris, just a short note to let you know how much we are enjoying the oven. We have been using it quite a lot. The way it cooks is terrific. It cooks the lot with very little effort. I especially love the way it bakes a whole snapper and the kids like the pizzas. The oven also makes a great talking point at parties and my friends are also very impressed with the results from it. Again I would like to thank you for all your help and care to detail when you installed it.

Paris loves what he does and it shows

From the moment we decided on an Amore Woodfired Oven, Paris has been committed at every stage to the project. From the first discussions about the best location, the building process, colour, choice of tiles, design of the flu, to the stacking of wood underneath, and of course, teaching us how to use it and preparing the food (the best I have ever tasted!) to be cooked in the first cook up. Paris loves what he does and it shows: we not only have a new oven but a new friend too. We love using our Amore oven and are so very proud to cook in it when entertaining our family and friends.

Hey Paris, Just wanted to drop an email to say thanks for catering for our christening last weekend... We were really impressed with the food on the day... The pizza's were magnificent as were the shashlicks, and our guests were blown away. Appreciate your friendlyness and being so accommodating on the day! easier than I expected to build

I have finally finished building my Pizza Oven at Moonta Bay. Just a quick note to thank you for you help on how to build the Amore Pizza Oven base and who could supply the materials, this was much easier than I expected to build so we extended it to include a stainless steel bench and an area for the BBQ.

My wife, family and friends love going away to Moonta for the weekend when we fire up the oven, it drives the neighbour crazy with the smell of fresh cooked Pizzas, Roast Meats and Veggies. (I can't keep them away). These make the best Pizzas, this is much better than the Stainless steel Nectar Pizza Oven I have at my house in Adelaide, my wife now wants me to build her another one for home.

We love it and tell every one where we purchased it from Amore.

Hi Paris,

Just a quick note to thank you all very much for your hard work on Saturday night. The wood fired pizza oven added to the atmosphere of the party and you were all so friendly and cheerful! Allison had a great night and I know her friends (both young and old) thought the food was absolutely wonderful.

The pizzas were some of the best we have ever tasted and the shasliks were tender, juicy and delicious. We would not hesitate to recommend you to all our friends and I am sure Michael and I will be in touch to get some advice about a wood fired oven in our back yard!
