Amore Catering specialises in progressive finger food, ideal for celebrations or corporate events. Providing quality time for the host to mingle with their guests. Menu prices start from $18 per head, ranging from 30 people up to 100, depending on choices.
Gourmet Pizzas
- Margherita - Home made sauce, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, Italian herbs, topped with fresh basil.
- Deli Meats - Leg ham, prosuito, salami, chorizzo sausage, hot and mild basilico sauce.
- Gourmet Vegetarian - Home made basilico sauce, mozzarella, fresh tomato, red onion, roasted capsicum, kalamata olives, mushrooms and Italian herbs.
Anchovie and chilli available with guest request. All Pizza's with Paris's 48 hour aged pizza dough, semi-cooked 12inch base with basilico sauce.
Prawn Cutlet Shaslicks
Tail on green prawns chargrilled with olive oil, lemon, garlic, greek spices and a touch of chilli.
Chargrilled Meat and Shaslicks
Scotch Fillet or Chicken thigh fillet - Cubed into inch 80 gram portions, marinated with Greek Style Marinade - Fresh garlic, olive oil, lemon, oregano and spices.
Vegetarian Shaslicks
Vegetarian 6 inch Shaslick with capsicum, mushrooms and red onion.

- Kilpatrick Style - Fresh bacon diced, worcestershire sauce and fresh lemon.
- Mornay Style - Fresh cream, parmesan cheese and black pepper.
